Case Teaching

Case teaching method is a pedagogy used in academics to understand issues from the real world examples. It aims to develop knowledge and skills through deeper deliberations on the issues faced by practitioners and also stimulate the thought process of the participants. Case based teaching helps to develop analytical thinking and judgment capability by discussing the real life scenarios.  It provides a good basis for developing the problem solving and decision making abilities of the participants. It is an effective training tool because it offers learning through a       participant centered rather than a faculty centered process.
